Drink more water my doc says...

Hi again,


Here is wishing you a happy and healthy day.   At my recent check up,  my doc and I discussed my Health and wellness journey and the importance to stay hydrated.   Understand I use to love hopping an aircraft and by luck get upgraded to 1st class and I'd down at least 6 Heinekens in an hour and 15 minute flight. 

Gosh I miss those days but back on point here...Water is our most precious resource and the most healthiest and most nourishing liquid on our planet and the only drink that is actually natural and good for you. 


Granted I've had the fruit Infused waters and the mineral waters and the umpteenth amounts of bottle water that exist out on the market but for me,   well water is the best.  

My doc says,  "well,  I would drink anywhere between 48-51 ounces of water daily".   I did not realize how much our bodies depend on water so much to naturally clear toxins out of our bodies,  daily. 

Anyway you want to break that down...you can probably drink around 6 or 7, 8 ounce glasses of water per day or if your are like me,  simply take along a 24 oz container,  fill it up and drink it while at work,  on a walk, or chilling in your porch or back yard.   

In playing devil's advocate.  I do crave the occasional soft drink...cherry coke to be exact over ice.  

I have decided to drink one only when I go a catch a movie.   I'll take advantage and pair it up with a popcorn and watch my fave movie.
