Happy New Year!

I started the new year with some amazing rest.   I know...i probably should have been out painting the town red, but,  at my age(I am approaching my mid 50s),  rest and relaxation have never looked and sounded better.   One of the things I pledged for this year is to give my body that attention it deserves and that includes getting additional sleep.  The average sleep for all adults tends to be between 7-9 hours. Believe it or not,   we should also between drinking around 13 cups of water or around 6 to 8,   8-ounce glasses of water per day.  I don't know about you, but I am looking forward to continuing my health and wellness journey in 2025, and beyond.
