I spent countless weeks and months finding the right combination of diet and exercise and meds to get my health and wellness back on track…I will admit…this journey had its challenges.  


If it was not a med I had a strange reaction to, it was certain food that was impacting my ability to shed the pounds off.  


It was a journey that I needed to take on and the fact that I am two jean sizes smaller and I am feeling much more energized is a clear indicator that I am on the right track. 


The key? 


Patience, perseverance, and above all,  courage. 


Courage to do the things necessary to live a longer, and happily fulfilling life.
